What makes XTREME different from other stores?
We make it our goal to get you the best deals that we are allowed to give by the manufacturers.
As part of that, most items bought online from us come straight from the manufacturer. We make sure that your items go through as little hands as possible. That means you get your items for less, and in better condition.
Who is XTREME Airsoft?
We started out as just a small airsoft field in Memphis, TN with one guy running it. Wow we're expanding into a fully fledged airsoft superstore! Our local website is xtremeairsoft.net
What's the warranty policy?
Every single item we sell is brand new from the manufacturer. This means that they come with all applicable manufacturer warranties. Read our Warranty page for more info.
Can I return my items?
- Yes. However, if you read up on our return policy, you'll see we aren't as open about them compared to other stores. Why?
- As it is now, we are a very small business. Mega conglomerates such as Amazon or Walmart get people used to their ultra-lax return policies. We get it, we're consumers too.
- But for us, it's just not sustainable right now. A returned item costs us more than the profit we would make on any item. Shipping is expensive, and we can never sell a returned item as new.
- We ask that you research what you buy before buying. In the future, we plan to have a more lax return policy.
- Lastly, this does not apply to broken or defected items. Neither does it apply to warranty claims. For those, our policies are top tier.
