Elite Force Airsoft's M1911 combines blowback action with modern polymer frame performance. Like any airsoft sidearm, you will want to pick up a spare magazine or two, and this is the correct magazine for the M1911. This drop free magazine holds 24 6mm airsoft BBs along with a single 12g non-threaded CO2 cartridge. BBs and CO2 not included. To insert a CO2 capsule use the Allen (hex) wrench that was included with the pistol to loosen the piercing screw at the bottom of the mag. No need to take it all the way out. Insert a CO2 cartridge, then tighten the piercing screw until the capsule pierces. Typically, you'll hear this happen if you're paying attention. It's a good idea to put a drop of silicone oil, like RWS Chamber Lube or Elite Force Slick on the tip of the CO2 before inserting it. Remember to remove the CO2 capsule when not in use. Don't leave a pressurized CO2 capsules] in the magazine because that will wear out the seal quickly.
