The exterior pocket secures your tourniquet with a webbing flap featuring a hook and loop closure and elasticized polyester for a secure fit. The inside of the back flap features a convenient elastic band for storing your medical shears, while the inside of the front flap boasts two pockets with elastic trim for first-aid storage.
