The M4A1 RIS Carbine AEG, which falls into the ICS Sportline Series, is a lightweight platform designed for all players. The rifle features a polymer external build, making it easy to carry during long airsoft battles with minimal operator fatigue. A full metal outer barrel and buffer tube provides added stability, and allows the airsoft rifle to easily withstand intense airsoft skirmishes. This ICS M4 is also designed to use the included PEQ box for convenient battery storage. Unlike M4 AEGs from other brands, this ICS airsoft rifle comes with a split gearbox that makes it easy to replace and upgrade its Version 2 components, including springs, pistons and gear sets. As a convenient feature, ICS designed this airsoft M4 RIS to include a functional forward assist, which conveniently decompresses the spring. Paired with an upgraded inner barrel and proper hop-up adjustment, this AEG rifle delivers excellent muzzle velocity and range for CQB takedowns, shooting up to 360 FPS (w/ 0.20g BBs). As a bonus feature, this ICS M4 airsoft gun comes with two high capacity magazines (black and tan) to give you more than enough ammo capacity to take onto the field.

Ammo type: Seamless 0.20g or heavier (0.23g, 0.25g, 0.26g, 0.28g, etc) BBs. Battery Charger Recommendation: Airsoft Megastore recommends the use of a smart charger to avoid overcharging the battery (overcharged batteries may cause decreased airsoft gun performance and may shorten battery life significantly). Smart chargers not only shorten charge time significantly (up to 800% faster charging) but also automatically shut off once the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharged batteries.
