The updated NSR receiver and NSR stock provide modern fit and ambidextrous controls with an ambi fire selector and ambi magazine release for left and right handed shooters. Under the hood the full metal Version 2 gearbox uses ultra smooth 8 mm ball bearings with an 18 to 1 steel gear ratio and a 19,000 RPM high torque motor for consistent, repeatable performance. The quick change spring system makes on field FPS swaps fast and simple, while the polished 6.03 mm tightbore inner barrel improves range and accuracy. The 10 inch KeyMod handguard gives plenty of modular mounting options and includes removable rail sections to place 20 mm picatinny accessories exactly where you need them. A full length 20 mm top rail accepts optics and PEQ boxes, and upgraded flip up sights with quick deploy release provide instant backup aiming. This Gen 2 carbine balances lightweight nylon polymer construction with a rugged metal barrel assembly to deliver a maneuverable M4 AEG that still stands up to skirmish use. Out of the box the rifle delivers around 370 to 395 FPS with 0.20 g BBs and accepts a 300 round high cap for extended play.
