The Lonex Ventilated Aluminum Piston Head is designed to increase the speed at which the piston cycles through the cylinder. This can increase the muzzle velocity and rate of fire of your AEG quite substantially. A rubber cushion is installed to quiet the impact of the piston head against the gearbox and absorb the force of the impact as well, which will improve the longevity of your AEG gearbox internal parts. The special design of this piston head also decreases the amount of friction generated when the spring is compressed. Minimizing friction will decrease the chance of a spring malfunction, and the longevity of the battery can be increased as well since there is less strain being placed onto it.
