Compact Launcher Platform

The Mercury Rise IntruBuster GEN2 is a CO2-powered .68 caliber launcher pistol designed for training, defensive drills, and less lethal projectile use. Built around a compact handgun-style platform, it delivers realistic handling while launching rubber, powder, pepper, or inert projectiles.

Its reinforced polymer construction, aggressive slide styling, and accessory mounting options give the pistol a practical training layout while maintaining simple operation.

Aggressive Slide Design

The IntruBuster GEN2 features modern slide cuts and porting that give the launcher an aggressive appearance while reducing weight in the upper assembly.

The ported slide and mechanical action also create a loud report when fired, which can add an intimidation factor during defensive training scenarios.

Magazine Fed Launcher System

The pistol uses a removable six-round magazine designed for .68 caliber projectiles.

The magazine can be loaded with a wide range of compatible ammunition types including:

  • Rubber projectiles

  • Steel core rubber balls

  • Powder training rounds

  • Pepper balls

  • Inert training rounds

This allows the pistol to be configured for training, deterrence, or simulation use depending on the projectile selected.

Quick Punch CO2 System

The IntruBuster GEN2 operates using 12g CO2 cartridges stored inside the pistol grip.

A quick punch CO2 piercing system allows the cartridge to be pressurized rapidly by pushing the cap with the palm of your hand. This design allows the launcher to be loaded and ready without tools.

CO2 cartridges are not included.

Integrated Trigger Safety

The pistol uses a trigger blade safety system, similar to the safety design used on many modern striker-fired pistols. The inner trigger tab must be depressed before the trigger can move rearward.

This integrated safety helps prevent unintended trigger movement while maintaining a simple firing system.

Top Picatinny Rail

Maintenance

Apply a small drop of paintball marker oil to the CO2 cartridge tip periodically to maintain internal seals. This helps ensure consistent operation and prolongs seal life.

Storage & Safety

Remove the CO2 cartridge before storing the pistol. Store in a cool, dry location and keep out of reach of children.
