XTREME Returns

As a small business, we face a choice: we can either raise all of our prices to cover the cost of returns, or we can keep our prices low and offer an optional Return Guarantee. We chose the second option because it's fairer to you. That $5 goes directly toward the logistics of a pre-paid return, meaning you get a "no-questions-asked" experience without us having to inflate the cost of every item in our shop. It keeps us independent and keeps your wallet happy. When you shop with us, your order isn’t just a number—it’s handled by a small team that cares about the gear we sell. Because we don't have the massive overhead of a giant company, we use this $5 guarantee to bridge the gap. It provides you with a pre-paid, priority return path, ensuring that if you need to send something back, we can process it immediately and get your refund or exchange moving. Thank you so much for understanding.
